"Food was okay. Waitresses don't check on you all the time. Our order wasn't correct. Staff is always busy talking with one another behind the counter instead of checking on their tables. Good thing we are only visiting colorado springs."
"Came in to get food and have a little date and our waitress shorter white lady with arm tattoo didn't check on us at all and when I tried to look for her she was nowhere to be found . Neither me or my wife got refills or checked on once it was ridiculous and food was okay but would have been better if I had something to drink with it . Lady was real fast to take our order when we got in which was fine we already knew what we wanted since we come in often . But she could have at least asked us if we needed anything when food came out instead of she dropping food off and disappearing the rest of the day we was there. I had to go up front and get my check and a box since we had no drinks for the rest our food . Pretty terrible service and the other waitresses are great but I just can't imagine coming back here ever again especially after this experience and food for 2 people was 51.and some change so prices are pretty steep and just not worth it at all"
"Food was delicious (as far as the quality of IHOP goes). Coffee was fresh and hot. The atmosphere was atrocious though. It was busy, which is fine, but many many people were obnoxiously loud and there was a huge table of people playing loud video games for the entire restaurant to hear. The service was slow, but I’m kind of blaming that on how busy they were. Table felt kind of forgotten about at some points, but I understood having been a server myself before."
"Came for a breakfast dinner. I ordered crepes and they came plain covered in berries. Terrible. I didn’t complain. I ate my toast. Everyone else loves what they got. I usually like what I get. Prices are high. Service was ok. It was late and there wasn’t many people."
"A trip down to memory lane brought my wife and I back to IHOP. We used to frequently visit this location when we were younger due to our busy schedules. Often IHOP was the only restart open that would be open; therefore, we went back for the nostalgia. Side note: We barely ate and we’re starving. We ordered mozzarella sticks which have definitely changed over the years. The mozzarella sticks used to be very thick and filled with cheese to the brim. Honestly they had the best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had; however, they’ve made them skinnier and have less breading. Still a great taste, but sad to see that the recipe had to be changed. The $6 chicken and pancakes were fantastic. We came during the iHoppy Hour which means that certain dishes are much cheaper than normal (2-10 PM from the time of this review). Being relatively new to pancakes, these were a great experience and they gave me tons of BBQ and Maple Syrup without charging extra for the sauces. The fried chicken was great for a breakfast spot. Crispy breading, no gristle and hot. Great combination for the price! The onion rings were just standard onion rings but came out pretty cold and we’re not too impressive. My wife wasn’t didn’t enjoy the texture of the fried egg. Nothing the restaurant could have done, just user error here. Once she took the fried egg off, she enjoyed the burger and told me that it was VERY filling. I even took a bite and noticed that this burger will fill you up for a low cost! The service was great and most of the tables were very clean. Great to see this, especially since they had very limited crew due to the aftermath of the pandemic. I’m rating this IHOP a 4 star experience, because it’s exactly what you expect. Inexpensive comfort food that comes quick, hot and accurate. By that definition it’s a definite recommendation to buy your favorite breakfast staple dishes here - especially the chicken and pancakes!"
