"Seen him for years and just in the recently discovered that the staff doesn't communicate. Had tooth that I had trouble with back at my regular cleaning and it was dismissed as sensitive months later it became very pain full. Went in was told it was a cracked tooth. A temporary crown was placed just before the weekend. I returned the next Monday and told the assistant that my bite was off. seen the dentist and explain that the top teeth even hurt and was told it needed a root canal. left the office feeling frustrated. I actually got a second opinion and was told the crown was way to high. It was so high they broke through the crown. I was very disappointed that after 20 some years I was dismissed as though I didn't know my own body."
