"Great location.. great communication with host … great family area for visiting and eating … kitchen not quite as well stocked for cooking utensils as others we have rented … and some issues with fireplace. But only negative was no main floor bedroom for the senior citizens in our family group. Very nice home."

"Didn't actually stay at their property, but did book with them through AirBnb. After seeing concerns from other guests about this particular location, we decided to cancel and use a different AirBnb. The property manager was originally hesitant to give a refund, but after involving AirBnb customer service they complied and did provide a refund. Much appreciated Edit - bumping down to 3 stars from 4 due to manager response. No need to be combative with your response, my friend"

"Buyer beware. If you have a problem, don't expect a timely or comforting response. Also, be aware that the posting--especially through a booking platform like Airbnb or VRBO--may not be accurate. My partner and I booked a stay for a month that was entirely too overpriced, in a sketch place, and not conducive to sleep or a consistently pleasant experience. We had no appliances or adequate utensils/dishes to eat/drink with, so we had to buy our own. Essentially, we had a horrible experience and this company did nothing to rectify the situation. We were nothing short of "ghosted" by this company."

"I booked a place through VRBO for a weekend near Breck. At first I was notified that my place would not be ready until 7pm because of a cleaning crew miscommunication. So, I left a few hours later. An hour into my trip, I received a call that the place would not be available at all that evening due to a miscommunication with the owner. They did not have any other dog-friendly places for me to stay, so I ended up cancelling the whole thing. I had to make extra calls to VRBO to get my fee back, and asked nestago if they would consider giving me a free night or something in the future, and I never heard back."
