Taco Bell

"The cashier that day was great but the dining room was filthy, the soda station was sticky and needed some wiping down, The sauces in the lobby were empty. It took almost 15 mins to get my order and I asked for no tomato's and it was on my Nacho bell grande on my taco they put the sour cream all on one side of my taco. My friend's food looked like it was slopped together and there was 5 people waiting on their order. I will not go back there for a long time."

"By far the worst experience ever at this location, I waited form my food for approximately 30 pulse minutes , employee came out three times to try to give me someone else’s food that they thought was mine, told me that they forgot to make my food , upon receiving my food. This is how it was given to me everything was sloped together and nothing was Supremes, I will not be returning back to this Taco Bell the night crew seriously needs to be retrained especially when there’s 5 employees in the kitchen standing around doing nothing and being on their phones, really unhappy"

"Waited 40 min total. 30 min for the partial order in the parking lot while we listenedto an irate employee boast about not caring whether she went to jail or not. Frequently spotted 4 employees chatting in the back while the door was jammed open. 2x good workers. A bearded gent and a red haired gent that tried to get the order straight after the 35 min mark."

"I went to this Taco Bell with 3 coworkers for lunch. The employee told us we had to use the kiosks to order. I ordered first with my other coworker paying together, followed by my 2 coworkers. After four people got their orders that ordered after me, I went up to the counter to ask what was going on. The older female employee working immediately responded with,"I'm the only one making the kiosk orders. It will be up in a minute." After 7 people who ordered after me received their orders, my coworker stepped in to ask what was going on. When she tried to explain to the same employee what was happening, the employee raised her hand and yelled at her," If you would just let me explain, I'm the only one doing these orders, I have to get back to making food." She immediately walked away and would not resolve the issue. The only saving grace was the other female employee working drive thru who saw what was going on and tried to help us. I even pulled up my bank account to show them that they took the $18 out of it so my order was in fact there. Over the period where she was looking, myself and my coworkers noticed 2 other people who had been missing items from the kiosk orders and tried to confront the older female employee and she also yelled at those customers. The nice employee eventually got them to make our food and I received it after almost 50 minutes of waiting. Unfortunately, my black bean chalupa was filled with ground beef and I have been a vegetarian for 13 years. I went through all of this to get food I couldn't eat. I am usually a very non-confrontational person, but after this experience I have called corporate so that they can hopefully resolve the attitude that this employee has. Completely unacceptable, will not be returning."
