Sonic Drive-In

"Recently visited Sonic Drive-Thru and ordered two burgers and two corn dogs. However, my experience left much to be desired. Upon receiving my order, I noticed the employee had a dirty uniform and, to my dismay, the bag contained an entirely different order. Returning to the drive-thru, the staff member showed no remorse or apology, instead displaying a rude attitude as if it were my fault. The food was predictably cold upon inspection. Despite hopes of improved management, this experience suggests otherwise. It's disheartening to see consistent negative reviews, perhaps indicating a need for improvement or closure. Is there no corporate inspections?"

"This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with fast food. My girlfriend just got done with surgery and was craving a grilled cheese sandwich. I ordered grilled cheese, tots, and another burger. Everything was overcooked, cold, and the tots tasted like old grease. I ended up throwing it all away because I didn't want it to turn our stomachs. $18 for absolute garbage!"

"Girl at window was rude and said literally nothing. Yet again, (my fault for continuing to try this place every few months) tot's were disgusting. Had to stop my kid from eating. Why is this the only sonic that consistently serves tots like this!? Won't be returning! Not worth the premium prices! No service and zero quality!"

"Signs should be posted on the non-working stalls so people do not pull in then have to pull put. I received a doordash as I was leaving the safeway parking lot so I pulled in and was told "we just got that 5 Seconds ago". I just got it 5 seconds ago too. I could not order on the app for sauced popcorn chicken. There were no needs in my needs slushy. Took a while when I pressed the button to even get my order taken. The machine doesn't actually take your payment. And these were my "sauced" popcorn chicken bites...."

"Worst Sonic I've ever been to. Both our sodas tasted like they ran out of syrup and were to lazy to swap them out. This location also does not seem to participate is any of the deals sent out from corporate. And like all sonics, the insist on stacking food on top of the coney packaging so all the cheese sticks to the wrapper. The buns tasted stale. I ended up letting the dog finish them. We have had issues with this location before, but today was especially bad. Lessons learned. Hopefully, you don't have the same experience we did. I'd recommend avoiding this location and eating literally anywhere else."
