"Worst experience ever. I wanted to use the app for their special $.50 double cheeseburger. I gave them the code at the drive thru and they messed it up. Apparently someone else was ordering and my code was applied to that other person's order. Which I cannot use again for another 15 minutes. I asked if they could do anything for me and was told unfortunately no. Not an apple pie or cookie for their mess up. My reward was applied to another order and I'm screwed. They really don't care especially since they messed up and put my code on another person's order. DO NOT USE CODES THERE YOU WONT GET THEM, OTHER PEOPLE ORERING WILL GET YOUR REWARDS"
"Would rate zero! I've had food here previous times and they all seem to jack up the order I wish I can get a refund because this was ridiculous fries were cold tasted like they were microwaved and sat out for 12 hrs,and don't let me being with the shamrock shake this place is so sad. The airport creek location makes this place seem so trash so disappointing. Never come they should just close they can even afford more than one person to stay working was in one lane for an hour,embarrassing."
"4 orders on their screen, and I waited for 15 mins. I managed four star restaurants with faster ticket times. The dude working their clearly had no clue what he was doing. Managment at this place has been horrible for bout 10 years now"
"Summer is great. I came in yesterday and today (not by choice to come twice in one week) but I digress.. Summer welcomed me with a smile. I ordered one happy meal as is and another in a special way. I have an autistic child and he loves McDonald’s fries only but he still love the enjoyment of a happy meal and toy like any other kid. Summer was delighted to make this happen for him. She delivered it to the table we were at both days with no issue. She was very attentive to my request and this will be the only location we come to from now on. Thank you Summer."
