"No one in line, ordered one sandwich. Waited over 15 minutes. Sandwich was cold and both crew members just watched out the take out window and disappeared around the corner. Second time here and same treatment as the last time. Please be very warned about this location. If you ask for anyone there, they will disappear in the back."

"Waited at the microphone for 10 minutes with them saying nothing so we said hello and they had a attitude, then when we started placing the order every time we would say something they would interrupt us before we could even finish saying the food we were ordering. Watched almost 6 cars leave this establishment without even ordering because of the lack of respect or trying to even speak to customers."

"Customer service is not what it used to be! I pulled up to the speaker just to have the cashier asking over and over "Anything else" with an I don't want to be here attitude, and after I ordered 7 biggie bags and was asked what sauces for each, just to find out when I got home that they were not there, and my burger looks like they just squirted a big glob of each condiment on it. They want more wages but do less work smh!"

"Sat in the drive thru line for ten minutes, it didn't move a single inch. Finally gave up and parked and went inside. The employees were moving so slow! Once I ordered, I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. It was only three meals and there was only one order ahead of me. For a "fast food" restaurant it was really slow. Update: I dropped my review from 2 stars down to 1 because once I got home with my food and started eating it; the fries were so bad I couldn't eat more than three and the bacon on my sandwich looked completely uncooked. I eat at Wendy's a lot and this is, by far, the worst Wendy's I've ever been to!"

"I mean, it's a Wendy's... Sat in the drive through for over 5 minutes and no one moved, so I finally pulled out and just went inside. Gentleman at the counter was very polite and professional. Nacho Cheese fries were very cheesy. They did not skimp on the cheese so that was nice."
