"My first time coming to this place, I pulled in the parking lot and had been fumbling around in my truck to find my wallet, as my 2 boys were screaming that they were hungry. One of the staff had come out and asked if we were ordering anything, I guess it was often that no customers would just loiter in the parking lot. I was just getting out, as me and my older son, who is 4, needed to use the restroom. I left my other boy with their dad in truck. Somehow I couldn't find the debit card I had earlier so I sat inside, frustrated, trying to set up my Google Pay with this lost-in-the-truck-card, after using the restroom. Thinking I had been successful linking my accounts I went to the register and placed an order. Which failed. Then failed again.. linked linked linked?? Nope. Another try and Nope. And out of no-where the gentleman at the register that evening pushed a bag full of food and two large cups towards me and said, "Don't worry about it, Ill tell manager". I'll never forget this man for his kindness. For that I rate this place all stars all day long. There's still good people in this world. Let's not forget to be kind."

"The new item there selling, the breakfast burrito is absolutely horrible. What the higher up Executives have done, is basically taken all of the breakfast components and thrown them into a cold tortilla without heating it up. So your first bite is cold and then the following bites are slushy mushy just not very appetizing. So I'm not going to recommend this item at all. They need to rethink their concept. Cuz there really is no concept to this thing. Wrap it up pulled it up sell it is pretty much there way of thinking from what I can figure. Or take your chances."

"This location is a joke. Constantly messing up orders and giving out completely wrong orders but today beats them all. Apparently they have no food until lunch because the only person working looks like he's coming down from a week long drug binder. The employee literally had the doors all locked and was sleeping in one of the booths and said he was sick so he wasn't going to be making anything. Not to mention all the homeless people also sleeping in the booths. Seems like it's better off as a homeless shelter than a fast food restaurant."

"Okay so the food was good. I hadn't had it in a long time so it was amazing.. but it took so long to get it maybe 20min. My oldest boys ordered after me and theirs took 35min. It was insane. I won't be going back to this one. It may have just been a hard night though. The frosty was good and I didn't think it would be.. right now they are selling the small frosty for 3-5$ for a free small each time. The Ziggy meals.. amazing"

"I am honestly upset with my experience here. They kept on messing up orders and I heard like 2 people say they got the wrong order. I order a $5 biggie bag and used my coupon for a free 6 piece nugget. Mind you, I ordered a DOUBLE STACK and was suppose to have those 10pc nuggets. When my friend got her order it was wrong and when I received mine it wasnt what I asked for, I'm being pissed and that just ruined my whole day."
