"I used to be the AM at this location and yall need to just clean house and hire Tori back. I have never seen this many negative reviews for this location ever. Tori and I had this location at top notch when we were there. Our regular customers loved coming in and the new ones always came back! Do better."

"Literally waited over an hour for an online order. Went into the store after 45 minutes just to see if they just didn’t let me know it was ready, but nope just one worker moving slower than a snail while the line was to the door. Would have been faster to drive across town than order from here ever again."

"Employee has no sense of urgency. 6 customers in store been here for 30 min and he is still workin on the same order. This is ridiculous. These francise chains hire anyone as long as they dont have to work. He has allowed 7 customer's to walk out either canceling order or never making one. Works so slow and only one employee on site. Do better."

"Wasn’t paying attention to the online ordering usually order from the one down the street from me. Had my husband go pick it up. got our sandwich looked at them took one bite of my sandwich tasted like crap. Did not have any taste tasted horrible completely did my husband sandwich wrong and I have a favorites and stuff that we put on completely get our order wrong but ended up calling and giving them my online order number husband will go there in the morning and we will get a full refund so that’s good, will not be ordering from this subway again. The one down the street from us always gets our order right next time I will be paying attention when I order from the so that I am ordering from the right one, so this doesn’t happen again. And she put nothing of what I asked for on my sandwich. She put it all on my husbands. And she put the stuff he doesn’t like he doesn’t like tomatoes or the banana peppers and she put that all of my husbands."

"Sandwiches I ordered last night were absolutely horrible. The lady last night forgot to add cheese to one sandwich, put mayonnaise on the sandwich instead of mustard, forgot the lettuce, burn the bread on both sandwiches and to top that off I got the surprise on both sandwiches when I got home to open them up. One case and it tasted like the food has been sitting there for a while. Never in 25 years of ordering at this location have I ever experienced that kind of poor customer service. Next day returned and talk to the manager. I was initiated a refund from the manager and informed that I cannot re-order anything else for 24 hours. The manager was awesome and he definitely deserves a five star. You see people who don’t care when they make your food, will cause issues with people you bond well with. I have no idea what’s wrong with these young people they hire nowadays. Clearly the passion is not there for customer service and great food anymore. It’s always issue after issue with orders and people simply not doing their job. What a shame of a 25 year waste at this location. And if I get a chance to redo another review, the five star does go out to Victor. He seems like he’s the only one who cares."
