Sonic Drive-In

"Went at 8:30 today just for 2 drinks. There were 5 cars in the line. I had to wait for 30 minutes to even move up. Eventually I was able to get to the area to order finally. I tried to order the first drink, but got told he could not hear me due to the wind and to order at the window. With 4 cars now in front of me which looked like it wasnt moving anytime soon.There was barely wind when I ordered, on top of that I heard myself echo through the headset he was using. I waited for another 15 minutes to move up and it did not happen. So I left before I got stuck into waiting for an hour to order 2 drinks. Unbelievable."

"I took a bite of my chicken sandwich today and I went to put it down, and as soon as I flipped it over I saw green mold at the bottom! It made me sick seeing it and I didn’t wanna eat anything for the rest of the day, I'm super disappointed."

"It's a sonic sure bit even by sonic standards and fast food in general this place underperformed as far as wait time and getting orders correct the first time. Most of the time I go here is during non-rush hours and without the pressure of said rush still forgets things and is super slow. I'm not sure if they are understaffed but my point still stands."

"Well seemed like a not so busy place only 6 cars in stalls and 2 in the driv thru at 6:15pm. I ordered the number 11 with a large cherry limeade. It is supposed to come with a balance of tater tots, onion rings, Texas toast and choice of 3 or 5 chicken tenders, I got the 5 piece. Well I also only got ONE onion ring. Don't expect them to answer their phone and I couldn't call customer service to give them my receipt number because I didn't get one. Plus I asked for honey mustard and special sauce, there was only one honey mustard in the bag, had to ask the car hop for both, and yes I should have checked my order throughly, next time I will...I was on my motorcycle today and live five miles away not spending $0.90 cents for gas for what 5 to 7 onion rings."

"So they forgot my onion rings when I rang back the guy was rude he brought me them cold and soggy barely any sauce on my chicken barely any chicken in the bowl my wife found that bread tie in her chili cheese fries. Just over all terrible experience"
