"I went to this location on 03/27/24 because it is about 6 blocks from where we live. This location has terrible service and has always messed up.orders but we decided after months of.not going here to try it again. We drove up and asked for an 8 piece original meal. The girl said we had to wait 15 min for biscuits or she would give us another side instead so we chose fries. She gives us our bags and we leave. We get home and they gave us coleslaw, mashed potatoes and cold fries and a separate box with more old cold fries and one hard cold biscuit even though they said they had no biscuits and they gave us No chicken in the bag. They also did not give us our receipt. We go back to the location and although we just left there, the employee says we need the receipt to get chicken we already paid for and did not get. She asked someone else and then we were given a bag with our supposed chicken. We get home again and it is extra crispy and not original. I called location for 30 minutes and line was off the hook.This is terrible to run a business this way. We will never go to this location again. Something should be done about this and we definitely deserve a refund. This place does not care about thier customers! They deserve 0 stars but there is no option for this. We have been given old food, burnt food and now this time has really done it!!"

"I went to KFC for lunch and the chicken was not cooked all the way. It was RED in the inside. SMH! Disappointed highly. I spent $13.30! You have to do better KFC on Nevada, Co!"

"Came here for wife's craving. Food came out quick fries were fresh. Person that took our order was super friendly even the person that brought the food to us was the same. Not even that they gave us sauces without us having to ask! 10/10"
