"They are running a scam here where they charge your card for the amount and then the next day somebody runs your card for twenty or thirty dollars extra that you did not pay for. I've called and spoke to management in three or four separate days now I have to physically drive there and get my money. I will be contacting Wendy's corporate and this will be getting investigated.Because this is a scam there running and you can clearly tell.. Pissed off. I bought a biggie bag for 5.06 I think it was and my card is now charged twenty 22.01"

"We ordered 4 meals, and only 1 meal was correct. I caught a couple mistakes when they repeated things back to me, so I would politely correct them, and they still did not get it right. My engine was off, and I know I was speaking clearly, so I cannot imagine an excuse other than them just not caring or paying attention. Nothing to do about it now, I just can't handle the influx of people refusing to take some level of pride in their work. To care the outcome of the service they are offering as a business."

"Service was quick. This restaurant location was out of Chili, out of Chicken. And the Dave's double I ordered was the size of thier Jr. Cheese Burger and the large fries were only 3/4 full of soggy cold fries. All that for $14. Just not worth it."
