"The chicken cantina tacos were not very good. Very fatty and chewy. When I was getting my order my iguana jumped through to drive through window. The staff were very kind and friendly in helping me find him. They could not find his little hat though. If you find it please contact me it is special to him."

"Can’t rate food- waited over 30 minutes and they couldn’t even find my order. Had to get a refund. Corporate you really need to step in and get this store some help, management training, reading comprehension skills etc."

"Even if you pre order your food through the app. Don’t go inside. They will ignore you. And so when you decide to go back out to your car and go through the drive thru (I would have left but I already ordered and was charged) to force someone to acknowledge you, you can expect to wait for another 20 mins in the drive though. Won’t be coming back to this location again. Go at your own risk. Don’t come here for “fast” food."

"The food was horrible!!! Employees didn't know what they were doing... Taco Supreme - and they didn't put tomatoes on them. They also have Nacho fries advertised as now having the large size... We couldn't order because they are out of them, and employees said it's because they are discontinuing them??? We had to check our order very carefully and send back several items that were made wrong, and we had several items that were completely missing! By the time we did this, our food was cold and soggy by the time we got home! Very upsetting - and Taco Bell is Not Cheap anymore!!! $65 order down the drain!!!"

"The first thing I noticed after receiving my order is that the bag already flimsy and start to tear, then when I got a taco out of the bag, I noticed that they were extremely moist and soggy, my hard taco shell was sticking to paper and completely falling apart as I opened the wrapping. After seeing this, I checked the other tacos and sure enough they were all wet. Especially the soft tacos, the wrapping was wet and greasy. The bag even tore at the bottom because of the wetness. It was utterly disgusting and completely unappetizing. Then, I tried to call the building to resolve the issue. I spoke to a man, the so called manager, Walter, and when I told him what I had received he sounded as if he didn't even believe me. He kept asking “what do you want me to do” and spoke to me in a unprofessional tone and disrespectful manner. He was even using foul language and proceeded to hang up on me."
