"My family and I booked a cruise that we just came back from yesterday. The initial booking process with Jacinda was smooth and she was very helpful. After that, it was impossible to get her to return our calls, texts, and emails. The day before we had to make our final payment, we were all in a panic. I finally called the main office and spoke to Bill. Assuming Jacinda had quit, Bill started she was actually sitting right next to him and she would make sure to take care of everything, but was yet ghosted again. We were finally able to make that payment, which was a miracle. We never heard back from them again. Fast forward to a few days before the cruise, I joined the MSC cruise FB page and kept seeing people posting about the forms needed prior to boarding the ship. I then email Jacinda and Bill asking if there’s anything that we needed prior to our departure. I did not hear from anybody until the day before we had to fly to Miami to catch our cruise. By then I had already figured it out on my own, and it broke my heart, knowing that if we would’ve shown up without these forms, it would’ve made our departure a nightmare. We were traveling as a family of 9. I highly recommend not using this agency. There’s so many other travel agencies out there in our community that will give you the experience you deserve!"

"I cannot speak highly enough about Teri and the lengths she went to for us. Because of her astronomical service, my little sister and I were not only able to have a once in a lifetime experience for 16 days together but we were able to do it absolutely worry free because of Teri’s thorough service and willingness to iron everything out for us. Most importantly, without Teri reaching out to me, I would have lost out on an almost $6,000 credit I had forgotten about. We were able to turn that into a tour that took us via (literally) every mode of transportation to a couple of the northern Yukon Territories and throughout Alaska over 16 days! It was unreal to experience and Teri didn’t hesitate at handling any questions we had for us through the cruise line so we didn’t have to, obtained clarification where needed, and sent us a ton of outlining documents beforehand so we had what we needed upon our departure and knew exactly what to expect each day. The best part of the trip wasn’t being able to watch a baby whale breech from the sea in Juneau, or seeing a baby bear fresh out of migration along the Dempster highway in Dawson, or taking an eight seater plane over the mountains across the Arctic Circle to experience a tour of a remote indigenous village of native Alaskans, or the slew of Moose we encountered while in Denali National Park…the best part was being able to share it all with my little sister which has brought us closer as sisters than I ever could have imagined. I can’t thank Teri enough for her help in turning a credit due to an unfortunate time in life into a beautiful memory and outcome!"
