McDonald's

"Went here at 3:30pm today with my daughter thinking it would be slow and we can grab a snack while she played in the play place. Well after 20 min of waiting, our food still wasn’t ready. Went up front and waited 5 min to speak to someone as there were no employees out front or cleaning up the store. We I finally get someone’s attention they said it would be out in a min. Wait another 10 min and still not at my table (if dining in, you need to take a table number as you can order only from the screens here). Go up and see it’s sitting in the online pickup section. Grab my food and bring it back. Everything was ice cold and not fresh. They also forgot my drink so waited another few minute after telling back into the kitchen. Finally get m drink and now have no napkins or anything else out, you now have to ask for it. Also if you want a refill on soda, have to ask for it but no one is up front to assist you. Very poorly designed, especially if no employees are going to help. Avoid this disaster of the new type of McDonald’s and go elsewhere."

"I have never been to a McDonald's that had such pleasant and helpful staff. And I have never rated a McDonald's with 5 stars. I wish more McDonald's had staff like this. The staff members name is Isaac. He has made my day better with his personality and kind demeanor."

"Have been here twice both for breakfast. The egg in the sausage egg McMuffin was raw/ undercooked both times. The service is great but don’t want to try again."

"I can't believe I'm reviewing a McDonalds... but we had the absolute best experience here at the grand opening weekend. This is the swankiest McD's I've ever been to. The play area is fantastic, my son had a blast and it felt clean and safe and had plenty of room for parents to sit close. The interior is super modern and clean, I like being able to order at a kiosk and not wait in line. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Standard fare McDonald's food, but overall a great experience for the first week open"

"Went here a few days after opening. Ordered off of the $1 $2 $3 menu. I ordered the sausage McMuffin. It was listed on the menu as $2. They rang up the sandwich and the total was $4.50. I mentioned that the menu literally says $2. They told me those prices were only if you buy the first one at full price then you get the second one for $1. That's not at all what the menu says. That is shady business practice to say the least. Needless to say I will never go to this McDonald's again."
