"Even though it wasn’t busy, there was huge gaps in service. Most definitely one of the dressings that were served was bad. Both of us agreed. The wings were also a bit dried out and completely smothered in sauce to try to disguise it. It was clean, however, noisy very noisy the sounds of TVs people, talking and music. All conflicting with each other, and the music was not even a popular music. It was definitely a select genre. I think there is plenty of parking in a free parking lot."

"Can't lie. I haven't had the best time at BWW here or in other states. Food could have better(Luke warm at best when served) had a table of 10, and one order came out almost when the others were finishing up their plates.(like it was forgotten) Bit disappointing but still like the place."

"EDITED. Asked a different server to see Manager and she did come out. She showed concern and took part of the food off the bill. She said she would work on more training for her mostly new staff. Food was cold. Returned it and they brought out replacement food only slightly warmer. Asked to see Manager and he would not come out We had not been here for several years due to a previous bad experience but figured they might have improved. They haven't. Save your money. This is a waste of time and money."

"Pay attention to the all the bad reviews and spend your money elsewhere. This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Placed an online order for pickup to be ready at 430. I wasn’t given my food until 545. About 5 other customers were also waiting and a few door dash drivers. I expected it to be piping hot and fresh for having to wait so long. Far from it. All 3 of my families meals were cold, soggy, and downright inedible. The cold chicken in my wrap of the only bite I took was also gray in color. I’m just waiting for the food poisoning to kick in. Absolutely disgusting. Will never return."
