"I don't know what happened to this place! I have always loved its seasoning but the cooks changed, no matter how hungry I was today I didn't like it at all. The chow mein was raw and hard to eat, the rice had no salt and the Orange chicken tasted horrible. Nothing had that flavor that characterized it before! Today was definitely not the right day to eat at that place!"

"I came 1/28/24 for a pick up order they said was ready and when I got there they said it wasn’t and they had no record of it. Turns out they had given my order away. When I asked if they checked the confirmation number they said yes and tried to accuse me of already taking it even though I just got there. While I was waiting for them to remake the food someone behind me ended up having the exact same problem. They skimped out on the steak we paid extra for tried not to give me the sauce I asked for and didn’t include fortune cookies which come with every order. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and the rudest employees especially the supervisor on duty."

"I ordered a bigger plate. Two orange chicken, fried rice and chili shrimp. They put the chicken and shrimp together. When you have someone who is allergic to shrimp why would your management not care. If it was them they would be upset. I put it in correctly through the app it was delivered incorrectly. I called and spoke with Manager Miller. He stated and I quote if your order is wrong "I don't care". Amazing."

"Never before tonight have I experienced such disappointment in Panda’s Management and staff. I will preference this by saying my visit was at 9:10pm just 20 minutes prior to closure but had a moderate line in the store. The steam table was practically empty only containing a few select items. When it was my turn to order I asked for items which were not available and was told I could only select from the few that were left on the almost empty table. It was very clear and evident that “King” was not looking to go out of his way or create extra work on their part by offering to make a serving to accommodate my request. There were still people coming into the store behind us that would more than warrant making some accommodations rather than showing no care for the guest. Panda should focus less on building up communities, the Panda Cares program, and Uniting our Communities and turn their attention to the basics…Take care of the customer."
