Burger King

"THE GOOD..For fast food this location has nailed it every time so far. The food was actually pretty good and didn't taste like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours. the lettuce was crisp and the burger was great. The price is also much better than other fast food chains. I will drive past Windy's and good times to go to this particular location every time. THE BAD.. The service unfortunately was pretty low. I get it.. it's a fast food joint.. the lady taking out order was incredibly nice and welcoming.. the ketchup was all out and it didn't seem like anyone had any care to refill it. The soda machine was out of pretty much everything which also says no one cares to refill it or speak to the vendor. I don't think it's a lack of staff, as they seem to be pretty well staffed in the back. As I heard a lot of laughing, and saw people just walking around. Which is great! We should all enjoy our work environment... But we also have to work. THE UGLY.. nearly every table was nasty. The kids play area was very rough. The tables had dried food on them, and old crusted food on the floor. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before I ate... It would have been cleaner to not wash my hands. The bathrooms were pretty gross. Washing my hands is about all I felt comfortable doing in there. In today's pretty rough economic roller coaster we're all in we are all looking for more affordable places to eat when we're out with our kids or out on some errands. As far as fast food goes, this Burger King location probably has some of the better food. But drive-thru is about all I'll do now... It's really hard to go inside and enjoy just sitting down and eating with or without my kids. And to close this novel out lol.. I would probably spend more money and get more food if I was able to dine in without having to wipe down my own table and move dried food away from our feet. If corporate reads this, please know that the staff was incredibly friendly and as I said, welcoming. And the food tastes better than most fast food places around. So someone's doing something right. There's just some opportunities."

"Service was better than the food! Fries were old or refried. Whopper was sloppy and tasted like it was dunked in water and flavor was removed. Had better food from here in the past...so unsure what's up with this time around."

"Manager is quite rude and always in hurry. Food is terrible and undercooked. I ask for butter and she hands me BBQ sauce. You have to check your order before leaving the parameter cause they give you the wrong food or missing items. Behind the counter is chaotic. The place is understaffed and normally two people are running the whole place and that is why they screw up the orders."

"I work there and chose to get a job there because of the great service and friendly employees. I'm so glad and proud to be a part of the burger King team. The food is very good as well you always get what you order and I'd you are missing an item or you have any issues with your order the workers are quick to fix the problem or replace any items of food either missing or made wrong."

"Need to train the kitchen staff better I used to be an employee here and they’ve gone downhill since then. How do you put two top buns on the same sandwich and two bottom buns on a different sandwich over cooked fish as shown in the photos and tomato does not come on a big fish sandwich so why is there tomato on here sick of these issues every time I come here something is messed up this is unacceptable this will be going to Corporate. Would give you zero stars but unfortunately that’s not possible. Will be filing a complaint in the store after I get off work."
