"This location does better than most at providing fresh fries. That alone deserves at least 4 stars! But they also have a weird rule about no ice cream after 11pm. Isn't ice cream popular at night?"

"If you are in a hurry and want “fast food” don’t go to the drive thru. They will park you no matter what. Ordering in advance does no good. I had an employee spill the beans that the owners don’t care about customer service just making sure the line moves fast. She says feedback to them will not change anything. So don’t be foooled by the fast moving line, be aware of all the cars parked with people waiting for their order."

"I don't understand why they can't pay attention to the counter for people coming for orders or making orders. Shouldn't have to wait 5 min before someone see you. Other then that, they friendly, food be good and hot, tables be clean, and bathroom is clean!"

"7/31/22-If you want service by a human you won't get it. They force you at this location to order from the kiosk. If you need to make a special order you can't do it here since their employees avoid interacting with people and ignore people that stand at the register. They don't have the large menu and you can't get your own drinks. They also don't fill the drinks up all the way. Go elsewhere and avoid this place."
