Reviews
"Love the food but hate having to order it. The young lady in a beanie that takes your order always has an attitude, isn’t friendly at all, ignores your questions and just makes the experience unpleasant. The food is great but her attitude has happened too many times - not coming back to this location."
"Typically, when I visit here they get my order correct. Today could have been an "off" day. I asked for the Sunrise Egg Sandwich (hold chorizo). Asked me how many eggs I wanted and I told them 1 egg. However, the protein was left off. On a good note, their iced coffee is consistently delicious and well-priced. The bagels always taste fresh as well."
"Once again, this drive thru is terrible. I ask and ask for them to please get my order right. I don't say it in that manner, but I politely say please and thank you about 10x. I ALWAYS am so sweet to the employees because I too work in the food industry. I've asked them to please just sub cheeses and they do about 2x out of 10x. Also, the drive up is so slow. I get lucky to get there when there is never a car behind or in front of me, but still it takes like 20 mins to wait for my one, only 1 bagel. When getting to the window, you can't even talk to the person because they have already slammed the window in your face after getting my payment. I've tried to even say hello how are you, but the window gets slammed every time as if they're annoyed to even be helping me. Sad because I love to talk and interact with people in my same industry. You need better employees who maybe care a little about the public. Drive thru needs help!! I used to love to go get my breakfast there, but haven't been for a long time due to lack of customer service. Oh ya, and they don't cut the bagels in half anymore like they used to, they just sloppy throw it together to get you out of there!!"
"I am a door dasher. 12/20/23 @ 10:30 a.m. I entered the store to pick up a delivery order. I walked to the counter and there were three employees behind the counter. I waited several minutes without anyone asking what they could do for me. Finally, I said Excuse me I am here to pick up a door dash order. They asked for whom and I stated the customer's name. They said we are working on it. They fooled with a couple of bags and again I was waiting. Someone came from the back and asked who I was picking for and again I stated the name. He looked at the bags and handed one to me that was ready and evidently had been ready. I stated to all of them that it would be nice to be acknowledged when a customer walks in.....they looked at me like a deer in headlights. Unprofessional staff."
"I love Einsteins, but was disappointed in my visit this week when the $8 brisket bagel breakfast sandwich had little to no brisket in it. We rarely get to go out for breakfast these days, so this experience was such a bummer."
