"Arriving mid-afternoon, the restaurant was empty with the exception of one lone employee. The tables were all cleared, clean with the sun shining through the windows. We ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles and Spicy Korean Beef Noodles while asking which is better - the Korean BBQ meatballs or the Potstickers. He recommended the Potstickers. After he brought our order, he stopped by a few minutes later asking how the Potstickers were. I told him they were a fine recommendation. They meat was seasoned well. The two noodle dishes were fantastic - hitting the spot especially since I had not eaten for 24 hours."
"2 of our dishes came out cold, while the other 3 were very hot when we brought it up to our waiter, the 2 cold dishes were immediately replaced. Overall, we had fast service and the food was somewhat cheap and filling."
"This was the dirtiest, filthiest N&CO I've been to. While the food was good and the staff friendly, every surface was dirty - the booth enclosure had a noodle pasted with sauce at eye level, noodles, broccoli, straw wrappers and other debris were all over the floor, near trash can, under tables, near drink machine. Baseboard tiles and walls had splashes and spots. A big Lexan container of noodles was sitting on the counter, in the open air, with no lid and a spoon in it. Were they serving these noodles to customers with the tasty addition of whatever airborne particulates happened to fall in? Eeww! There were 5 staff members, and I think one of them could've made a big difference in putting in effort to improve the cleanliness here. When I saw one staff guy texting on phone, the phrase came to mind: "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean." The upside to this visit is, that among the debris on the floor, I found 11 cents!"
"We’ve been coming to noodles for many years here in Castle Rock! And the last couple times that we have been here we have been very dissatisfied. I’ve spoken to staff and management about our experiences and they have assured us that they are making things better so we decided to give them a little bit of time before we returned tonight to have this meal presented to us. It looks like some of my noodles might have some hair from somebody’s eyebrow or eyelash. I ordered tofu and not only was it burnt as you can see in the photos but it was also very rubbery in texture which took a long time to chew. I decided against eating anymore of the tofu and decided to finish my noodles that is when I found the eyebrow hair, the tomatoes are also not very appetizing as you can see in the photo. The macaroni was burnt in many places as you can see. it didn’t have the spicy buffalo flavor that as advertised. Live six minutes from noodles, I was there six minutes before the pick up time and it was ready which I was happy about. At this point I’m honestly not sure that I will return to this location, I am going to try another noodles and Company, I really hope that this is not where the company is headed! Feel free to reach out to me if you have any further questions."
"Good food, and prices haven't gone up yet. Everything is prepared 'to-go' in bags, even if you plan on dining in. No wait staff, drinks are self serve, select from at least 25 flavors! No liquor license. The place is usually crowded at dinner time, but everyone is standing at the register waiting for their to-go order. We had no trouble finding an open table. Everything is clean and supplies are always available. The $10.50 Pad Thai doesn't have tofu, just scrambled eggs, but for $3 more, add chicken, pork or shrimp. I asked for crushed peanuts and they were very generous. Wheelchair access, tables and 2 locking bathrooms, which are genderless. Parking is limited, shared with four other popular eateries next door."
