"This is the only fast food I still eat, and I only get the Tacos, but can someone please explain to me how this half a teaspoon of sour cream costs $0.60?????????? Usually you guys put a good amount on there, I feel cheated."

"This place is great! They've fixed their open hours so it's a reliable place to get food - especially at dinner! Beans are made in house every day and everything is always fresh. All the staff is super friendly. Very happy this Del Taco is here!"

"I come here multiple times a week due to me working nearby and as always, the food is great! The staff members and them BLASTING THEIR MUSIC (and giving me attitude) I do not appreciate or enjoy. I’m a hardworking individual just like them. I deserve the same respect as any other customer. Overall, horrible customer service and horrible management. Also, I came here on Saturday (10/28/2023) and I was planning on coming to eat and have a relaxing, peaceful dinner. I don’t have a car, so I walk from my place of work to come here. The weather at the time I came was cold and wet (due to the incoming storm). They said that there lobby was closed because their payment system was down (but SOMEHOW I was able to pay when I went thru the drive thru. I asked if I could order in the drive thru and come in and eat. The manager obviously said “no”. There is absolutely no reason I cannot come in, sit down, and eat. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would."

"This is the only Del Taco I will go to of the three locations I know. The food is always fresh, well put together, and yummy! I have never had an issue with things coming undone or being handed bags with food upside down. My kids get the value tacos, and even with a large order for a family of 7 the order is great. I don't mind pulling to a parking spot once in a while for our orders to be finished and walked out to us. Only down fall would be that they forgot my small coke today, and I didn't even notice till I was down the road, luckily it was only 2.09 charged. I didn't try to call or get it fixed so not sure what that process would look like, as I think this is the first time I've had this issue here."
