"We drove an hour from Erie to Evergreen with our 1.5 year old on a Saturday, only to find out it was closed. We were so excited to check out this place from what we saw on Instagram. Before we set off on our adventure we checked google for their hours and checked the website for pricing. Not once was it highlighted that Happy Day was CLOSED for a ‘special event’ (ghost town when we got there). Our toddler had such a look of disappointment and confusion when we arrived and our destination was closed. A toddler in a car seat for that long is not ideal! After we discovered they were closed we searched everywhere online to see if it was posted. Supposedly their hours are posted on Instagram, so hopefully you have one so you can check (not my first priority when I’m trying to get my family out of the house). Once we got service we went onto the website to find a tiny weekly calendar at the bottom of the page. Just a heads up to check the hours before you go and cross your fingers that they are open!!! As a business you should update your google hours and maybe highlight that you are closed at the top of your web page. Not the bottom where most people don’t care to scroll through your YouTube videos and pictures."
