"Ten plus years have passed since I used Mr. Shakesaft. At the time I felt intimidated into allowing a less than adequate settlement. I still suffer from the injury sustained at my former job. Nothing I can do now except deal with the constant pain and humiliation caused by his, and my, accepting this because I had a "pre existing condition" so I was made to feel it was the best that I could expect."
"Ken Shakeshaft is awesome! If one doesn't seek legal representation, an insurance company, who shall remain unnamed, will attempt to EAT you regardless of the contract; they smell weakness, and will pounce if one doesn't have legal representation. I may put the name of the insurance company in this review if they F**k with me more later if they don't "take me out" first. The unethical insurance companies don't pounce like a "cute mountain lion;" they actually attempt to destroy you, which is "legal" somehow. I was terrified. And, even with legal representation, I ended up with the short end of the stick...an arbitrary date that doesn't make sense, but is "legal" somehow. Subsequently, I've placed my life into Ken's very trustworthy hands and have no regrets. I highly recommend Ken and his staff. Please take heed; retain legal representation immediately. There is a short time limit when dealing with dishonorable insurance companies, which, again, is "legal" somehow. If one doesn't stand up, one doesn't stand a chance when dealing with these unscrupulous insurance companies. It's astounding. and disgusting to me that insurance companies can legally pull the tricks they do if one does not have competent legal representation. So, lawyer up with Shakeshaft and Gorman representation or be legally eaten alive and/or destroyed!"
