Smashburger

"I will never use the Smashburger app to order food in the future. My order was for 2 hamburgers and fries. I arrived at the store at the time the food was estimated to be done on the app. I waited another 12 minutes to get a bag of food. I saw an employee load a bag with a burger and fries and put it up on the counter, it sat there for 12 minutes before another burger was put in it and given to me. I knew I was screwed, because I already had paid for it on the app. Lesson learned. Adios Smashburger, I'll stick to 5 Guys for my future burgers."

"Never been to a Smash Burger, tried a truffle mushroom burger and got something the size of a Jr. bacon cheeseburger that looked like it was sitting out for a while cause the cheese was hard and it was COLD! My half full cup of tots with the pool of oil on the bottom was the highlight. Bad part is, I don't know if this is the norm for smashburger or not."

"It’s a little steep and hard to fathom paying $14 for a single patty burger and tots at a casual dining restaurant. But the mac and cheese burger was quite good, especially because the mac is smashed into the sandwich, so it doesn’t fall all apart. The garlic aioli was way too strong of garlic, coming from someone who loves garlic."

"I came here for lunch today. It was my first visit to a Smashburger at this location in my opinion this was hands-down, the best Smashburger experience I’ve ever had the burger was picture perfect the fries were hot and crisp. The gluten-free bun was fresh, and the service was friendly. Next time I go to Smashburger it will be here. 8/29/2023 Came back today to double check. YEP! Still the BEST!
