"We all know Chick fil a is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s not. However… the edgewater location never misses. The sandwiches are always crispy, delicious and most importantly, Consistent! Today, I asked for chick fil a sauce with my sandwich, but they gave me Polynesian instead. Luckily I didn’t need sauce because the sandwich was so amazing. Keep it up everyone!"

"Food is on par with other locations but the service here is the worst I've experienced at Chik-Fil-A, countless mistaken orders and completely missing items which I've paid for. Very disappointed, will try to avoid this location in the future"

"Honestly idk why I keep coming back… this Chick-fil-A has only disappointed me. Staff is pushy and rushes you (I’m sure it’s trickling down from management obsessing over drive times but still, it’s annoying). Order accuracy is pretty poor. Food quality is alright but the chicken has a drier texture which makes me feel like it’s not fresh. To paint a perspective, I drove out of my way to a Chick-fil-A 15 min from here to get a birthday reward because I didn’t trust this Chick-fil-A to meet basic expectations regarding consistency, quality, and service."

"I don’t even know why I even bother coming to this location. Last time we will be coming here. We never got our drinks. I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich got a plain one. Told the girl working the register and she said “I would have to charge you the difference” like what? No, fix your mistake. Instead of rushing over to chat with your coworkers."

"This is the last time I will be giving Chick fil A my money. I like everyone else who loves ice except to receive a full bag. Not a rush bag, I personally will never go to this establishment again. I have had bad experiences with the presentation of my food as well as the quality in past visits. By the way, this bag of ice is now $2.85 from 1.75 in a matter of weeks, and this is what you hand out."
