"They make purchasing a car an exercise in frustration and anger management. Service lies about pricing. After 30 minutes they were able to confirm the parts were priced incorrectly. Since I had already quoted the parts the day before at $230 and they came back with a price of $350, I can only deduce it was a scam attempt... Management (or lack thereof) doesn't understand or care to address issues and would rather demonstrate the positions authority then to address the customer concerns. I am leaving the dealer knowing that I will likely never buy another Tesla due specifically to them. No other dealers in the area so not much choice but to not rejoin the Tesla family. Update: first service appointment: wipers don't work - can't fix, car continually tries to kill me by saying I'm not in a lane when I am -solution is to turn off lane assist, doors didn't unlock - use phone to open app to unlock doors, car won't "start" when you press the brake - solution is to wait several minutes or press both steering buttons to reboot the system. The list goes on. STAY AWAY"

"This is a fantastic dealership! I owned a Suburban Premier previously and I had to fight for every warranty problem I had, and I was stranded until my problems were fixed. Not so with Tesla. Any question I have is addressed with respect and concern and I am so well treated, I can honestly say some of my own extended family members aren't this nice to me ha ha.... Truly though, the way my current experience has been with Tesla, I won't even consider spending money with any other car manufacturer after this experience because it's not just the car buying experience that makes something worth it for me, it's all the follow up experiences, and after watching my dad own his Tesla since 2016, I finally bought one and I'm so glad I did! We just finalized our order for my husband's Tesla truck and we can't wait for delivery!"
"I bought not one, but two, Teslas in 2023. Unfortunately, the Model 3 was hit from behind while I was sitting at a stoplight. The Tesla dealership in Colorado Springs recommended that I have the car towed to Red Nolan Collision Center. Red Noland has been trying to get the repair parts for 3 months. Currently, there is no ETA on the required parts. One time, the part was delivered but was severely damaged so …nothing. I am now paying for gas for a rental car (yes, 3 months of a sub-standard rental car), the car payment and insurance on a new Tesla that I do not have and will not have for the foreseeable future. I have talked to the Tesla parts manager in Colorado Springs, left messages for the GM and am negotiating with my insurance company to see if there is any way to pry the needed parts out of Tesla. I was so happy when I bought my son’s dream car - only for it to become a huge nightmare. I am told my only recourse is to call the GM, parts manager and customer service everyday until people are sick of me and maybe someone will do something, join the class action lawsuit on “right to repair” and complain to all consumer agencies repeatedly. Is anyone reading this? Will I get a response? So, my strategy now is to call and complain to every number I can get and write multiple emails every day. I wish I got paid for the time I’ve put into this. I have been a government contracts expert for 40 years. I plan to reach out to my entire network to determine if they have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue."
