"Easy check-in with friendly staff. Had an Uber to get me to work and back and utilized the best thing yet, video showing me the actual situation on my car. Being “handy” with mechanical situations, I really appreciated the visual depiction of the actual problem. This allowed me to make an immediate decision as the take the project on myself or leave it to the experts. Throw in on-line checkout and it all works well. The only negative, and loss of 1 star, is the foolish practice of charging 3% for using credit cards. Come-on guys, just pad the bill enough to handle what I have to assume is a minor amount on most bills. I would actually compare other mechanic’s estimates before committing to Penkhus."

"I wouldn’t bring my car here unless I definitely need to. Over priced, your warranty is only good if they fix the problem, and the source, if not they will charge you for the source and what they fixed last time. Will put you on a wild goose chase trying to figure out the problem with your car, better have deep pockets. Thumbs down, very disappointed in the service done to my vehicle. They do not care about your older vehicles. They only want to buy it from you and fix it and sell it."
"Recently picked up a 2023 XC40 on lease. Bruce was my sales person and he was great. Very responsive, worked with my budget, and had the vehicle ready for pick up. Jordan in finance mailed me the paperwork overnight for my husband and I to sign as we don’t live in Colorado. I carried the paperwork with me when I picked it up and turned it in. Ja’lyn was the person that did the delivery and explained all of the components of my new vehicle. He made sure my phone was synced with the vehicle and showed me how to use the Volvo app. I drove up from New Mexico to pick up my new car, and I highly recommend this dealership and their staff. Thank you for helping me get my first ever new car!"
