"Food was fresh but my five tenders were regular when I had ordered spicy. I ordered delivery so can't speak as to the atmosphere. Food arrived rather quickly, and was hot and delicious."

"After waiting in a very long line, I got to the window and I was instructed to pull around and they would bring my food out to me once it was finished. I was given a very specific wait time of 7 minutes. I proceeded to wait in my car for 15 minutes and had to go inside to grab the food myself. It was all ready and bagged, not sure if they didn’t feel like bringing it out and hoping I would just drive away or actually forgot about it. Either way there needs to be a better system for these situations. Also if they were proactive, the line was long enough for my sandwich to be ready by the time I reached the window from the time I ordered. Spent 40 minutes at Popeyes trying to get food, will not be back."

"Don't go to this Popeyes location. Asked for dark meat was given a box with a piece of unknown chicken and a breast. No soda in the soda dispenser only lemonade. The popcorn shrimp, we only got 13 tiny pieces of popcorn shrimp. I do not recommend this location, you will be disappointed."

"I always loved going to Popeyes for their fried chickens and fries. Quality of food is good, i think it’s better than KFC. Only thing i think they can improve is their menu. Over the year there has not been much change and they need serious relook at their menu. This is located right at the flatiron crossing and has ample parking. They have drive through as well."
