"I absolutely hate the service that is state mandated. On top of everything else the installation that happened at the rocky ford facility caused me to need a tow over a improperly fitted power cord. Now once the line died down the pitstopinterlock guys had the issue figured out in less than ten minutes plus tied up the old guys mess. So thanks to Colorado springs crew im on the road again for 75 a month plus sr22... yay... Edit. The plug clip snapped and the dipsticks response was to install the rubber grommet that should have been there to begin with. Now its constantly disconnecting while i drive. Missing tests i can't get the alerts to and now getting slapped with a violation charge for improper devices Installation/maintenance. Not to mention this is 4 months past the 2 year mark of Installation. NO QUALITY CONTROL BETWEEN SITES."

He is the first smart start employee that I’ve interacted with that didn’t make me feel inferior because he used excellent customer service skills that were far beyond his colleagues. "This location is great. The location on Waynoka canceled my appointment with corporate and closed without anyone actually informing ME that my appointment was canceled. Really annoying. But Tim at this pit stop location was quick and helpful and saved the day."
