"5 STARS for sure for John and his business!! I purchased a new 2022 Rockwood 5th Wheel from a dealer several hours away (so not easy to get back to). I purchased the unit winterized since I wasn't going to use until Spring. John did the 1st trip prep (de-winterized) and upgraded my batteries to AGM. I found an issue right before the first trip and even though it was after-hours, John answered the phone and had me come back down to fix it so I could leave on time - manufacturer installed a valve backwards. GREAT SERVICE and my first 2 trips have had zero issues..."

"Fantastic service. I brought John a 2 year old class C Jayco and asked if he could add a second battery. There didn't appear to be any room in the compartment. 2 days later John called and said he found a pre-fab battery box and found a safe and secure way for installation. Installation complete. Wiring complete. Price VERY fair. An honest guy with good service and pricing."
