"Had a great meal at this Jimmy John’s. Very fast and clean, the food was delicious and exactly what we ordered, and the service was friendly. I was surprised by the low review scores, but I think that must’ve been under prior management. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Jimmy John's is pretty standard across the board, good sandwiches, decent price, easy online ordering, fast delivery & pickup. What makes this location stand out is the friendly & efficient employees in the evening. It doesn't matter if you show up 5 minutes until close without preordering, they are just as friendly and accommodating as if you ordered online and showed up before they were all done cleaning ( I try not to be that guy but sometimes it happens) The only drawback is not being able to tip on a credit card. Usually if I'm racing to get there a minute before closing so I don't starve that night, I'm going to forget to stop and get cash for a tip and those guys deserve it. Just a suggestion to save one grateful yet discombobulated and disorganized non cooking, hungry customer the awkwardness of digging through pockets praying to find a mere $5 bill as a token of my appreciation to the well deserving employee for a job well done."

"Steve S. I rely on good sandwich shops to bring lunches to my clients. Frankly, when I looked at the reviews of both the Jimmy John’s and Castlerock, I was concerned, but I thought I’d give the south location a try. Marcus and his team were great! I came in right Around 1130 when it got really busy and they put my order together for 11 sandwiches many of them with different specifics and they did it perfectly. Also, the restaurant was very clean and the team was friendly considering the crunch of customers that came through the door. Everyone was really organized and working as a team. If I have another meeting in Castlerock, I’ll definitely give them another try for sure."

"The food was good and prepared as ordered. My problem is that it took forever for it to be prepared. We were in a rush, so I ordered ahead online for a pickup order. We came in a few minutes later at noon, so I knew they'd potentially be a little busy and hadn't had much time to make the order. 25 minutes later, our food was finally ready. I watched only a handful of walk-in customers order at the counter and get their food right away. Now it's clear to me that walk-in customers get first priority. Next time, I'll just order at the counter."

"Definitely never going back to this one. They ask if you want cheese then charge you extra without telling you and not sure if it’s all or them but the “regular” sandwiches are kids size."
