AAA Grand Junction

"Nobody is available to pickup the phone called 6 times and left with menu options to choose from making you feel like you'll get transferred to someone but even after choosing all the menu options available you're still not transferred to anyone. So basically calling doesn't get you any help. Ive been a loyal member for 5 years but will be thinking twice about renewing my membership next year. They also cancel my membership after taking payment due to a mistake on their end and when I was stuck and needed road side assistance was stressed when I needed help totally unacceptable ! Even after that I'm trying to give them a chance but now this ! Customer service is lousy nowadays. I don't know what's the point of having a phone available to call for help if there's no one to pick it up just a recording with menu options that clearly don't work if someone else left a bad review. You'd think with all there loyal customers they can hire one person to pickup the phone and take calls"

"if you try to call the local GJ office, you get a list of options; none of which is to talk with someone in the store. then the phone call drops. tried multiple times!!"

"A simple call to your local AAA office to ask a question. Forget it! Unless your spending money you get no where."

"I was at a business when my car battery died. I tried calling them, but AAA sent a link to their app to use to get help. I was still trying to use the app to get help when I called my mechanic. He brought a battery charger and charged my car during the time I was trying to use the stupid app to get help from AAA. I will not renew my membership. I remember a time when you could call them and get immediate help. Not anymore."
