"Most times going to the drive thru here is a great experience and the folks at the window are always friendly. On March 13 my wife and I were having a particularly bad day and were in a rental car because someone rear ended my jeep. We pulled off to the side while they finished our order. An older gentleman brought the food out and shoved it in my face telling me to “stay home tomorrow” I assume because the rental car had out of state plates and it was suppose to snow. It costs nothing to be nice man. I did not appreciate the unsolicited comment and having bags shoved at my face. He then walked off mumbling something I could not make out. Just made my bad day worse."

"If it weren't for the experience I had at the window this would've been a full 5 star review. This location is really good about getting my order correct with no complaints. Everything started off good. However, when I got to the window to grab my order after a fabulous experience with the people outside to take my order... I was appaled. There were 4 people at the window. 2 boys who I assume were new, a girl inside, and a girl outside. I wasn't asked anything just handed my order while both girls yelled at the boys and told them they couldn't work their stations properly. One girl said "we need to treat our customers right" after chucking my bag of food into my car before I could even grab the bag from her. Not a word was said to me the girls were both to preoccupied with yelling at the boys. One of which looked at me with red eyes. As a manager I find this experience that was presented to a customer as unacceptable and would immediately take action. I was not given a receipt so I can't even look for who it may have been but it was 12/30/2023 at 1:20 pm."
