"Went here twice and both times i tried getting the sweetened iced tea. Both times they came out unsweetened. The second time they even confirmed with me if I wanted sweetened. One time the order was completely wrong. Check your order before driving away."

"The morning person that is on the register. Is way rude.. Like the customers bothering her.. Waited at the drive through speaker for about 2 minutes and then tried to pull up and then she started talking.. So I reversed it.. And the lady started talking over me when I knew exactly what I was ordering.. This place will go under at some point.. I know fast food sucks to work there but his lady took it above and beyond.. Hopefully the owner can find a replacement That is more cordial... Will not be going back"

"This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to hands down. There’s an older lady running the drive thru whom I assume is the manager, who rushes thru you while ordering and is practically yelling at you through the speaker. I went through the drive thru today and ordered a whopper jr meal with cheese, no tomato or onion. I pulled up to the window and she handed me the bag of food. I drove off and parked in the parking lot to eat my lunch, and realized I got the completely wrong burger. They gave me what looked like a double cheeseburger with a ton of onion. I went back through the drive through and let her know I got the wrong order. She snatched it from me and looked very inconvenienced. I told her my order and before I could finish she slammed the window in my face and went back to grabbing food and bagging it. She came back and handed me a whopper jr with no tomato and no Mayo, when I told her that’s not what I ordered, she began arguing with me and telling me that’s not what I told her. Slammed the window in my face again and proceeded to yell at her staff. I have never experienced someone so rude in the service industry. Honestly, I was just ready to leave by the second time she slammed the window on me, but I only had a little time left on lunch and was starving. There wasn’t a line behind me, so I’m not sure why she was in such a rush. Needless to say, I will not be back here. Other staff I’ve dealt with at this location are always friendly, but they definitely need new management."

"Just tried to go through the drive thru since the lobby is closed due to being short staffed but the person working just ignored me the first time I went through the drive thru. When I called they didn’t answer the phone and when I went through the drive thru again and repeatedly said hello for over 5 minutes a mans voice with an accent suddenly cut over the mic, He was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me how everything I asked for they didn’t have and were unable to make. This included mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets and fries. If he wasn’t lying and they really have no chicken nuggets, fries or mozzarella sticks available to fry this is truly a pathetic Burger King location. The franchise owners should be deeply ashamed."

"I hate this Burger King. So much so that after a year I’ve finally decided to leave a review. I’ve given it 4 chances. Either the customer service is bad or the food is bad. This time both were terrible. Absolutely disgusting amount of mayo on my burger. Tried to wipe some off and eat it, but the whole thing was a mess. I won’t waste another cent here and neither should you. Just go to the Subway in the same parking lot or drive 10 min either direction, trust me."
