"A few weeks after having bought a used vehicle from Stapp, I feel I have had given it enough time to share my thoughts on such a major purchase. Buying a car is always a stressful and unwelcome experience for me, as my relationship with them is based on practicality, and I tend to keep driving what I have until I no longer can, or repairing the vehicle until is no longer reasonable. I found myself in that situation at the beginning of February, and I took my time searching around for a car that fit my needs and wants. I considered quite a few in the Denver Metro Area, but I chose to go to Stapp first because I have found them to be a straightforward and reliable business that operates on solid and sustainable practices. My father has been purchasing cars from them for as long as I have been alive, I made my first car purchase from them, decades ago, and we have always been happy and satisfied with those purchases. On this occasion, Stapp ended up being my first and only point of call for my new-to-me vehicle. I was prepared to go to other dealerships, but Julia was professional, straightforward, and low-pressure throughout the process, which made me feel still confident that any car I purchased from Stapp would be of quality. I probably could have spent less money elsewhere, but that would likely have come with an increased risk of buying something that had an issue. I do have some reservations about whether the Vehicle Service Agreement I agreed to will end up having been a wise purchase, but I do feel like I got a very solid deal for a car that I am quite happy with, and feel that I can rely on. I look forward to driving it for many more years."

"If I could pick zero stars, it would still be too much. We unfortunately purchased two cars from this dealership. They are very nice to you until you have completed the transaction. If you ever happen to trade in a vehicle at another place, and want to get a refund of what is rightfully yours--good luck! We traded in a vehicle and went to the dealership in November to cancel the remaining portion of the products that we purchased. We were treated incredibly unprofessionally by the sales manager who would barely speak to us or even make eye contact. Clearly he was upset that it was going to cost him some money. At any rate, I blew it off as I intended to never have to deal with this store again. I understand there is a processing time to get a refund--I am in this business, and I respect the process. Fast forward to today when I called to inquire about the status of our refund. I spoke to a very helpful woman in the business office who unfortunately informed me that the sales manager never turned in our paperwork....honestly, I was not surprised in the least. The documentation I have in my possession is from 10 weeks ago and was signed by the man himself. If you are looking for a Toyota store that has shady business practices (fails to make payoffs on trades in a timely manner, or lists equipment on a vehicle that does not exist just to name a couple of our other experiences here) then you have come to the right place! This store does not care about taking care of their customers, they do not take the high road, and I completely regret ever doing business with them."
