"I used to be excited about the soup combo with salad or sandwich, but not only has the menu gotten overcomplicated, the food quality has diminished. No longer shaved parmesan on French onion soup, instead a handful of shredded mozzarella on a soup that used to be more tasty than salty. Sandwiches were ok - I think the fresh baked bread might be the last thing they have left going for them."
"Formerly Boulder regular...now irregular Chicken noodle excellent served in half full bowl with side bread now half portion. Store turns blind eye to homeless. Smelled arrival taking booth for 4. Fills coffee cup out of garbage making sure to use cup sleeve. Takes hot water for Ramen soup. Uses microwave to cook whatever not Panera. Finishes off with unknown brand of chips. Helps self to complimentary disposables. Day before: Another lost but savey customer. Of course booth for 4 so could put his filthy shoes on opposite seat. Plugs in extensive electronics. Takes Panera cup for free water. This really good...takes packaged loaf bread & some sandwich meat out of travel gear to make sandwich. I know nothing. I understand nothing"
"Honestly. If you’re going to bother putting the stickers on, maybe you could mark them? With all the illness going around, the last thing we need to do is handle each others food to figure out whose is whose. Do better."
"The food here is genuinely good. The food most of the time is fresh. I've noticed that some days are better than others. Sundays specifically feel like the worst out of all the days to eat here. The mac n cheese, the normal one is wet and soggy most of the time on Sundays. On Fridays and Sundays the food is very well made including the Mac. I'm not sure if it's a employee thing or what. When the food is made right it's super good. Also do beware that the prices here are $$$.(semi expensive compared to other places with similar food quality) If you are trying to save money there is better options"
