"Just went to this location and got by far the smallest sandwich. My pinky finger for comparison. This is the reason i dont mess with fast food anymore always a let down for what it costs. The response from the owner is pretty disappointing as well just about meets the "standard" of the sandwich. It really made it an easy decision to stop frequenting chick fil a since I only get it a handful of times a year. Sayonara."

"I came on here to see if it was just me not getting my orders right and it's not just me. This was my third time in about 4 weeks. Walked in today to get my order fixed from the drive through. Used to not have to check my order everytime I leave the line. Another guy walked in about 1 minute behind me with a messed up order. He said, normally I Iet it go but almost but this happens too frequently here. What do I do when a "sorry here's a sandwich on us" from last time, order gets messed up?"

"I have been to probably over 50 different locations of Chik-fil-A in my life and this one is the worst. I have been here several times but I will never return. The staff typically has to finish their personal conversations before attending to guests and the store, particularly the bathrooms are unclean. My food is cold more often than not and this last time there was a hair in my sandwich. No more chances with this place."

"Tired of giving this place a chance to have decent service. Again returned home to find a main item is missing from the order but I was charged for it (missed a #1 sandwich...again). Done coming here, owner get your stuff together, this is at least the 5th time this has happened at this particular location. Castle rock location is 10/10"

"I always use the app to order. When I signed up I read if you use the app to order, that store will give you a reward the week after. Not this location! They can’t even give you one reward. If you use the app, forget this location! They don’t care about their customers! I won’t be going here anymore…I’ll go to the one over by Park Meadows. They will give you an award every single time you use the app! Edit: Response to store: Yes I know you get points but I’m not talking about that, I’m talking about free rewards for using the app, not the rewards that you add up and get an award. I guess some stores do it, others don’t. Maybe if you left an email I could reach out to you and give you my name!"
