"If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered a dozen cookies at 10am. I valley the store and told them I would be there at 1. I Paid online and I was notified that they would prepare them and hold then until I got there. When we arrived they didn't have my order ans were out of some cookies. Then the lady was very rude and disrespectful. Horrible experience. I will never go back."
