"I ordered for pick up here last week on my way to work an event and was given a sandwich with meat on it despite ordering a veggie. Didn’t have time to go back to return it and get the correct sandwich because I was on my way to work, so I tried reaching out to their customer service team with no luck. Never got refunded for my food and was stuck with a sandwich that I couldn’t eat and it’s been over a week now and I haven’t heard a single thing back from them. Horrible customer service"

I have had the pleasure of having the owner in the store while I visited and he is positive, cares a lot about his business and employees, and was a joy to talk to.
