"Not helpful at all. On this particular day I was unable to walk without pain and had already taken Advil and seen a chiropractor without relief. Practitioner suggested that I try a muscle rub or lidocaine patch. I have a long running issue with my back and explained that this had never been effective before and would like a steroidal treatment as the chiropractor suggested and have done before. She refused. I ended up paying for completely useless information."
