"This business deserves no stars! The older lady inside this business yelled at my husband the older lady said she is not going to help him unless she had a credit card because her time is money! Who does that? She said she could get the part we are looking for and order it and we asked to see the picture to make sure she said she didn’t have one…. She didn’t care if it was the right one or not!! She told us that there’s no refunds… And she was tired of being bothered she has to many things she’s dealing with she’s over worked and she wasn’t going to help us unless she had a credit card and she didn’t care if the business and her got bad reviews because she was being ruined! NEVER USE THIS PLACE THE LADY THAT SAID SHE HAS WORKED THERE 25 plus years DOES NOT CARE IF SHE GAINS OR LOSSES CUSTOMERS THATS WHAT SHE MADE VERY CLEAR AS SHE WAS SCREAMING AT MY HUSBAND AS HE WALKED OUT THE DOOR!! SMH AT THIS OLDER LADY!"

"I wish that I could give my interaction with this company zero stars. She expected me to pay for repairs upfront before the work was performed or completed. I told her that I would pay 50% upfront and have a check waiting for the remainder as soon as I could confirm that the work had been completed as promised. This would ensure monetary protection for both parties. (I would still pay for the repairs all on the same day, Just not until the repairs were complete). She proceeded to try to gaslight me and I eventually had to hang up on her. Bad business!! BEWARE!! ***Add: (regarding response to this review by owner)our previous pool company went out of business. I was very clear about that and why we were seeking a new pool company. We have an excellent partnerships with ALL of our vendors!!! Deb you are a LIAR and a manipulator. MY ADVICE DEB-take the feedback from your vast amount of 1-star reviews that all pretty much say the same thing!! BE ACCOUNTABLE! DO BETTER!!"

"Debbie couldn't have been more helpful in trying to diagnose what was wrong with my spa. She was super patient with me on the phone and gave me step by step instructions on what chemicals to use and how much. I can't use chlorine or bromine with my stainless steel hot tub, so I need to use hydrogen peroxide as well as a sanitizer. In any event, I couldn't have solved my problem without Debbie and Quality Pool and Spas. Huge thumbs up!!"

"Our pool contractor had this business come out to service our brand new pool. I reached out to Debbie, the owner, to get more clarification on what she charges for weekly service and what is done as a part of the regular maintenance. She really couldn't answer me in a direct answer. She couldn't commit to a certain day of the week that a technician would come out. She couldn't give me an accurate price. She couldn't tell me what services would be done on a weekly basis. It's shocking to know that a business can be run so ineffectively. It doesn't seem like she really wants any new business. A simple price list with a checklist to show what services can be done would certainly be helpful!"
