"Care is good. Rating a 1 because every time I come here I wait for hours while watching other “locals” who come in long after me, but know the staff, walk right in and out ahead of me. I wouldn’t have taken it to a review but it’s happened multiple times."

"Care has been good and I appreciate that they are open on weekends and holidays. Disappointed with their inconsistent coding and billing which is inflating medical costs."

"Every time I go here I am forgotten about. They get the initial exam done and it goes fast but then I’m waiting and waiting. The first time they forgot we were in the waiting room. I had been there for 45 with a sick 1 1/2 year old in the waiting room. I finally asked the receptionist lady and she said oh I thought you were done already. Seriously?!? Then the next time I went there the nurse told me it would be 10-15 minutes for my test results, 30 minutes later again with a now 2 1/2 year old, I walked out into the room and I had my paperwork sitting on my door and no one was anywhere to be found. They need a new system because the same thing happened to my husband when he went there. Staff is always friendly but very forgetful. I will not be returning here. It’s more worth it to just drive to Marion and get in and out without waiting 45 minutes just to be seen."

"Every time I go here I feel like no one actually cares about how I'm feeling or what I need. They're focused on speed rather than care which is absurd considering it takes you hours to leave this place. They will almost never give you meds no matter what you're dealing with and will probably tell you it's just a cold. I've had pneumonia and bronchitis multiple times, they told me it was a cold and I needed to rest and I ended up sick for months because they wouldn't do anything to help me. Waste of time."
