About the Business
Imperial Flyers is a historic amateur flying trapeze cooperative located in Westminster, Colorado. Established in 1928, we are one of the oldest continuously-operating flying trapeze clubs in the world. While we do not offer formal instruction or host events, we provide opportunities for beginners to experience the thrill of flying trapeze at our rig during summer Open House events. Our group of enthusiasts supports and encourages each other in our shared passion for flying trapeze. Please note that our outdoor rig is weather-dependent, so we can only accommodate guests between the months of May and September. "While I have yet to see a full performance, it was enjoyable to lounge in the parking lot of Wolff Run Baseball complex and catch part of their practice. The group is very talented and energetic. They appear to have a great dynamic and work well together. Update: Stopped by to see if the Imperial Flyers were out. It was a cold and windy so I wasn't expecting to see them. Waited for awhile but never saw them come out. I'm a little disappointed, but glad to know I'm probably right with the weather correlation."
