"Worst one of the whole brand. Don't buy gift cards here. We are $250 in the hole on gift cards that don't work because the cashier made a huge mistake during the transaction and somehow they can't figure out how to reverse the charges. We are going to have to go thru the bank to get our money back. If it's that difficult why is any employee allowed to do it? Several lies later, another manager at another Kum & go, who has her act together, was able to fix the situation in all of 30 seconds. A piece of advice for anyone in customer service, when you don't know how to do something, lying to the customers face is never the answer. Not one time will it ever be the answer. (Sincerely, the manager of a customer service based business.)"
"A Friday night and I'm looking for milk and suddenly a rush of customers line up at the register. Kat gracefully handled the rush herself while providing great customer service."
"Thought this was a nice gas station. Stopped in the night before Thanksgiving and the people working were all very pleasant. Bathrooms were clean, great place to stop, take a quick pic for the gram then continue on with your travels. If I’m ever in Silt again, I’ll probably stop by again"
"Nestled in the small city of Sift Colorado, this was a quaint and nice little gas station. The convenient store was well stocked with lots of selections. The bathrooms were actually nice and clean. That’s a big bonus for a gas station. The staff seemed helpful."
"So I am in at 7:30 on a Sunday and super excited about getting chicken and waffles! Today it’s 8 am and everything BUT chicken and waffles. They made one for me and I am supposed to have a free one, but there is a glitch in the app. Okay, sausage biscuit at McDonsld’s. However, there are no breakfast sandwiches done yet. I will try to change my three star review to a four if they have them when I am done at the gym. I got there after my work out and they had everything out except chicken and waffles."
