Dunkin'

"I love coming to this Dunkin! One of the managers and two of the other staff here are phenomenal. They always make my order right and if it’s ever been wrong they work to fix it immediately. Their customer service is spot on as my partner and I are always there. I would have to say it’s my favorite Dunkin thus far."

"I can't speak to the food because the service was so poor that I left. I was the only customer in the store with two employees behind the counter... Who were apparently incapable of speaking to me, even to say "just a minute." They had the drive-through going, which they seemed to attend to lackadaisically, but I was completely ignored - literally not a word after waiting a good three or four minutes. So I left. From the look of the donuts in the case, I didn't miss out on much."

"This is not a knock on this location in particular. In an effort to save a dollar on a half dozen donuts as a new rewards member, I opted to use the mobile app for ordering. It only supports Google Pay through my Android phone, through which the card I wanted to use, for whatever reason, doesn't work. The app in general has a substandard, painstakingly slow UI, but the lack of payment options in 2023 is inexcusable."

"We went there to get a donut and milkshake but when we got there one of the staff lied about what kind of donuts they were and me and my friend got milkshakes and there was a whole bunch of hairs in our shakes they also tasted horrible and the guy was shaking his head in the ice cream basically so he got all his hair in there and the staff were really rude and she lied again to another customer and the donuts also tasted kinda old. Now we have stomach aches! Do not go there."

"Rude staff and they messed up our order. We were kicked out because no more than 5 allowed in the lobby at a time- which is fine, but there wasn’t a sign on either door stating this. We went through the drive thru instead and she rushed us through ordering, was rude about the donuts we ordered and crammed 6 donuts into one bag. They were smashed together and the frosting was facing each other. There were no papers separating the order. She missed one of the donuts we ordered but we weren’t about to go back and make her more mad. Clearly this particular lady needs some talking to- customer service doesn’t seem to be her priority."
