"I took my Outback in to have its rear brakes replaced. Jennifer at the service counter, who checked me in for my appointment, was very friendly and she's knowledgeable. I asked for a time frame the replacement service would take. She approximated 2hrs. I decided to wait and was amazed when about 1 hr later she told me my car was ready. She said the service techs are running smoothly (on a busy Sat morning too). She even accepted my very expired coupon to discount my total cost significantly. It's always great to have these guys work on my car."
