"I went in to buy chains. They tried to sell me chains that didn't have the correct size. Also tryied to sell them for $228, when you can find them online for $100. I know they need to make money but a 100% markup during times like these is price gouging, major snow storm. I won't be going here anymore. Too bad Clear Creek hardware is not open."

"Larry and Alton truly went above and beyond on New Years Eve. we came by to see if they could read an error code on our Subaru. Not only did they read the code, but they investigated why our coolant was spraying out. Larry came out multiple times to our car to investigate and offer suggestions. We ended up buying a new radiator cap. Alton replaced the cap and added additional coolant to our car from an already open container. They not only addressed our problem but did their best to keep us on the road. Thanks!!"
