"We tried to place a phone order and it was a total goat rodeo. I carefully collected our family's order based on Mineshafts online menu but when I phoned it in, discovered that their online menu is outdated and nothing we wanted on that menu is available any longer. They said they'd text me a current menu but that never happened. This was a total waste of time. I recommend avoiding the Mine "shaft" and going elsewhere."
"Bartender is a bit cocky, once he discovers your not a member, he takes his time making your drink and then it’s not exactly what you wanted. Staff stands around talking, (we were the only ones in the restaurant, it took them over ten minutes to come over and give us a menu. The last 3 times I’ve had a late lunch there, I’ve become sick. Only went there for the convenience of the restaurant. Willing to drive into town to a friendly, locals restaurant with great food, it’ll be worth the 25 minute drive."
"Food was really good. Service was mediocre. Our server disappeared for awhile and it took a really long time to get our bill. We weren't offered refills until after we had finished eating. I guess when the gratuity is automatically added, service can be lacking."
