"There’s a reason this company went bankrupt and if you come to this gym you’ll understand why. This gym is always packed, not well laid out, not clean, and probably exceeds fire codes with the amount of people they stuff in here. Not to mention it’s not even open 24 hours. Sure, they have locations 30 minutes away, but it’s not worth it. Don’t get a membership here. You’ll regret it like I do. Wish I didn’t decide to switch. Worst gym ever."
"It's like a free for all, it's filthy. Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. Machines are poorly maintained . I buy a Starbucks just so I don't have to use the bathroom there. They allow bad gym behaviors like slamming weights etc. I'll be calling the health department."
"Just moved to denver, looking for a new gym. Went for the free 3 day try out. They didn’t honor the free pass. They request that you just pay for the 3 days. I’m pretty picky about my gym, since they’re so expensive and I spend a lot of time there. So I find it pretty necessary to try out a gym before signing on. Just disappointed in the greed- it’s industry standard to allow small free trial periods. If they’re money hungry for a trial, it paints a pretty good picture of the rest of the experience it would’ve been. Probably saved me from a bad gym- looked pretty dingy anyway."
"I am literally begging for more than one bench in this gym. This gym does not have enough equipment, and it isn't big enough for the number of people that go here. Unfortunately, it's the only real gym in the area. It also has serious cleanliness and equipment repair issues. In the men's locker room, a full half of the sinks and dryers have been out of order for actual months. I'd drop my membership and switch to another gym if there were one in my area, no question. Update: it's gotten WORSE with the new year. Hours are more restrictive for this gym (close at 8pm on a Friday???) and most of the 24s in the metro. But hey the sinks in the locker room are fixed I guess."
"I like this Gym and it is very convenient, but I remember when 24hr fitness was 24 HOURS. Unfortunately the operating hours at this gym just keep shrinking and shrinking. I know it's probably hard to find employees willing to work the off hours, but seriously. It's about to be 2024, how hard is it to just install key cards on the doors and let members have 24hour access."
